  • Product information may be corrected if an error is discovered.

Beauty and Skincare Disclaimer

Curify products are intended for cosmetic and personal-care use unless stated otherwise. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. Curify may confirm, decline or cancel an order because of:

  • Product unavailability

  • Incorrect pricing or product information

  • An incomplete or incorrect delivery address

  • An unverified Cash on Delivery order

  • Suspected fraud or misuse

  • Delivery limitations

We may contact customers by phone or WhatsApp to confirm an order before dispatch.

Prices and Payments

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees unless otherwise stated. Delivery charges, discounts and applicable costs will be shown during checkout.

Available payment methods may include Cash on Delivery, bank transfer, digital wallet or online card payment. Payment options may change without notice.

Order Cancellation

You may request cancellation before the order has been dispatched. Once dispatched, an order cannot normally be cancelled and will be handled according to our Refund Policy.

Curify may limit Cash on Delivery access for repeated order refusals or unverified orders.

Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotional offers:

  • Are available for a limited period

  • Cannot be exchanged for cash

  • May have product or minimum-order restrictions

  • Cannot normally be combined unless stated otherwise

  • May be changed or withdrawn where misuse or an error is identified

The Curify name, logo, website design, product images, graphics, written content and other brand materials belong to Curify or their respective owners. They may not be copied, reproduced, modified or used commercially without written permission.

Prohibited Use

  • Submit false information

  • Interfere with website security

  • Upload malicious software

  • Copy or commercially exploit our content

  • Harass Curify representatives or other individuals

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Curify will not be responsible for indirect losses resulting from website interruptions, incorrect product use, failure to follow instructions or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

Curify may update these Terms and Conditions when necessary. The version displayed on this page at the time of your order will apply to that purchase.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will be handled by the courts with appropriate jurisdiction in Pakistan.
